What is the minimum order?
Embroidery requires a minimum of 24 pieces. Minimums for other products depend on your project; send your quantity for a quote.
How long does printing take?
Most standard orders are completed in less than one week after artwork and order details are approved. Timing for large or multi-product orders is confirmed individually.
Do you offer rush orders?
Rush service may be available for an additional charge, depending on your products, deadline and the production schedule.
What artwork files do you accept?
Upload PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, EPS or SVG files up to 25 MB. We review artwork for suitability before production.
Can you help with artwork?
Yes. We can help with design, layout and print-ready setup. The scope and any charges are confirmed with your quote.
Do you offer embroidery?
Yes, for hats, polos, jackets and uniforms. Custom Embroidery has a 24-piece minimum.
Can you handle large business and event orders?
For Large Orders & Events, share the products, quantities, artwork status and needed-by date. We will review the scope and confirm production timing for your project.
Do you print custom team apparel?
Yes. For Custom Apparel & DTF Printing, send garment types, quantities, personalization needs and your deadline.
How does ordering work?
Tell us what you need, receive a custom quote, then confirm artwork and order details. Production begins after approval and the required deposit. Arrange pickup or local delivery.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash, Zelle, check and PayPal. A deposit is required before production; the amount depends on the order.
Do you offer pickup or delivery?
Pickup is available at 11236 Western Ave, Ste F1, Stanton, CA 90680. Local delivery is available; coverage, timing and charges are confirmed per project.
