Our website and hosting providers may also receive basic technical information such as your IP address, browser type, request time and pages used for security and operation. We do not collect payment-card information through this website.
How we use information
We use the information you provide to review your project, prepare and follow up on a quote, communicate about your order, provide artwork or design assistance, produce the requested items, arrange pickup or local delivery, maintain business records and protect the website from misuse. We do not sell your personal information.
Artwork and uploaded files
Uploaded files are used only to evaluate, quote, prepare or complete the project you requested. Please upload only artwork that you own or are authorized to use. We may retain artwork and project details for a reasonable period to support the quote, order, possible reorder, recordkeeping or dispute resolution. You may contact us to request deletion, subject to any information we must retain for legitimate business or legal reasons.
Service providers and disclosure
We may use service providers for website hosting, secure database and file storage, email delivery and site security. They may process information only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to a lawful request, prevent fraud or protect our rights, customers or business. We do not share customer artwork for advertising.
Cookies, advertising and browser signals

This website is intended for customers requesting commercial printing services and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the quote form.
